Keep It Tiny Studio is a suite of software tools for people turning raw land into a unique-stay short-term rental. A free account lets you audit listings and run your first land check. When you want the whole answer for a parcel, you buy a one-time Build Decision Report, sold singly or in 1/3/5 packs at a lower per-report price. There is no subscription.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for the activity on your account. Use the tools for lawful purposes, and don't try to break, scrape, or resell them.
The listings you paste and the reports you generate belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service, namely generating your rewrites and reports. We don't claim ownership of your words or your results.
The Build Decision Report is a one-time charge (currently $199per parcel), billed through Stripe. It can also be bought in packs (3 or 5 reports at a lower per-report price); the reports you don't use right away are held as credits on your account and do not expire. There is no subscription.
The tools are provided “as is.” We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we're not liable for decisions made solely on their output, especially land and zoning research, which you must verify (see Disclaimer).
