Keep It Tiny Studio is a suite of software tools for owners of unique short-term stays. A free account lets you audit listings and run your first land report. A paid membership unlocks the full studio — unlimited reports, unlimited rewrites, your saved dashboard, and every tool we add.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for the activity on your account. Use the tools for lawful purposes, and don't try to break, scrape, or resell them.
The listings you paste and the reports you generate belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service — generating your rewrites and reports. We don't claim ownership of your words or your results.
Membership is $50/month or $500/year, billed through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid term.
The tools are provided “as is.” We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we're not liable for decisions made solely on their output — especially land and zoning research, which you must verify (see Disclaimer).
